Setting up email

We provide you with email accounts when you sign up with us for some hosting but people often get confused as to what they need to do to get their email. You need to set up some email accounts in your email software using the details that were sent to you when you signed up for the hosting (if you have lost these don't panic because we have a copy just ask).

We do not provide an SMTP server (sending email) but this is usually included with the package from your Internet Service Provider (whoever you dial up to the Internet with e.g. AOL, BT-Yahoo, Freenetname etc). They should provide information to help you set this up.
